Important Guidelines for a Safe Visit, Park Rules & Booking Terms
1. Booking Confirmation
All safari bookings made through Jungle Safari Trip are subject to availability,
and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Payment Policy
100% advance payment is required to confirm your safari or accommodation booking.
Payments can be made through secure online gateways or direct bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per forest department rules.
4. ID Proof Requirement
All visitors must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during safari.
The name and details provided at booking must match the ID shown at the entry gate.
5. Changes by Us
In rare cases of forest closure or weather conditions, Jungle Safari Trip reserves the right to modify or cancel your safari with prior intimation and alternative options.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, or accidents during your trip.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Jungle Safari Trip shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the safari, arising from natural calamities, wild animal behavior, or client negligence.
8. Conduct and Safety
Visitors are expected to follow forest rules and guides’ instructions at all times. Any misconduct may result in termination of safari without refund.
