Cancellation Rules & Refund Guidelines – Know Before You Cancel
1. Resort Booking Cancellation
- ❌ Cancellation before 20 days of check-in: 80% refund
- ❌ Cancellation between 8 to 15 days: 40% refund
- ❌ Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: No refund
2. Jeep Safari Booking
Safari permits are controlled by the Forest Department. As per policy:
- 🛻 Non-refundable once booked
- 🚫 No date or name changes allowed
- 🎫 Permits are non-transferable
3. Refund Process
- ✅ Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- 💳 Refund will go to the original payment method
4. Force Majeure
In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions or natural calamities, refund decisions are as per forest authority guidelines.
